(j) Education information, defined as information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1232g; 34 C.F.R. Part 99);
(k) Inferences drawn from other information.

CCS collects most of this personal information from our clients or from you or your authorized representative by telephone or by electronic or other written communications. We may also collect information from our service providers, from third parties and from third parties with your consent;
We will retain this personal information so long as reasonably required and is required by applicable law.
CCS does not sell personal information to third parties.
